Managing Your Subscription

View Current Plan

Navigate to Settings → Billing to see:

  • Current tier
  • Seats used / available
  • Usage this month
  • Renewal date

Upgrading

  1. Navigate to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select new tier
  4. Confirm payment
  5. Changes take effect immediately

Adding Seats

For Team and Pro tiers:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Add Seats
  3. Select quantity
  4. Prorated charges apply

Usage Limits

Velocity Limits

Maximum scans per hour by tier:

Exceeding limits results in velocity_limit_exceeded error.

Overage Handling

  • Free/Team: Hard limits, cannot exceed
  • Pro: Soft limits with overage billing
  • Enterprise: Unlimited with custom pricing

Invoicing

Enterprise customers receive monthly invoices:

  • Usage breakdown by month
  • Seat allocation
  • Optional: purchase orders
