Managing Your Subscription
View Current Plan
Navigate to Settings → Billing to see:
- Current tier
- Seats used / available
- Usage this month
- Renewal date
Upgrading
- Navigate to Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade
- Select new tier
- Confirm payment
- Changes take effect immediately
Adding Seats
For Team and Pro tiers:
- Navigate to Settings → Billing
- Click Add Seats
- Select quantity
- Prorated charges apply
Usage Limits
Velocity Limits
Maximum scans per hour by tier:

Exceeding limits results in velocity_limit_exceeded error.
Overage Handling
- Free/Team: Hard limits, cannot exceed
- Pro: Soft limits with overage billing
- Enterprise: Unlimited with custom pricing
Invoicing
Enterprise customers receive monthly invoices:
- Usage breakdown by month
- Seat allocation
- Optional: purchase orders
